How did I get here?
I started out as a magazine sub-editor and journalist in the 1980s. I’d discovered I wanted to write for a living while at university. Birmingham University, studying Psychology, as you asked.
I then began writing press releases and articles for PR companies. Later headhunted to become a copywriter for an advertising agency in Paris, I worked the IBM account as they needed someone who could demystify unfamiliar products and services.
On one level or another, that’s what I’ve been doing for decades now. No matter if you’re a tech company, solicitor, biotech company, financial services specialist, importer of exotic foods or seller of motorcycle parts, I’ll help you engage with your audience:
- Explaining why they need your products and services
- Enabling them to feel comfortable with what they’re purchasing
- Showing them how to get the best from your products
